The U.S. Embassy in Colombia, the Colombian Ministry of National Education and the Colombia-Challenge Your Knowledge (CCYK) Association invite HBCUs and Colombian Institution representatives to participate in:
Please see below the estimated costs to attend the Summit:
- Lodging USD$400.00 (at the Dann Cali Hotel Aug 14-18, complimentary breakfast)
- Meals USD$100.00 (Lunch/dinner for Aug 14-18)
- Transportation USD 50.00 (including Airport transfers) The above prices do not include airfare
The U.S. Embassy in Colombia in cooperation with the Colombian Ministry of Education will offer partial support to attend the Summit for representatives from HEIs interested in attending. This support includes:
- Lodging at the Dan Cali Hotel Aug 14-18 (with complimentary breakfast)
- Meals (Aug 14-18)
- Airport transfers
Paid directly to the provider. Participants will not receive cash.
Applications for funding will be reviewed by June 17, 2024. If selected you will receive a formal notification by email, and you will need to provide your travel details before July 17, 2024
